Industrial Overlay offers a wide range of machining, cutting and ancillary services. All of our machining services are CNC(computer numeric control) to provide the most precise cutting and the quickest turnaround of parts.

1. Wire EDM
   Ultra-precise machining of parts up to 13.75 x 9.75 x 6 thick


2. Turning
   Our turning centers can turn up to 25 inch diameter and 60 inch length


3. Milling
   Our vertical machining centers can handle a wide variety of milling operations


4. CMM
   (Coordinate Measuring Machine) Our Browne and Sharpe 7-10-7 can be used to verify dimensional accuracy when conventional tools are unable


5. Heat-treating
   Our in-house heat-treat facilities, include atmospheric fluid-bed furnaces to ensure quality


6. Waterjet Cutting Services
